水性环氧地坪固化剂的选择
  固化剂的选择对制备水性环氧地坪涂料至关重要。水性环氧涂料为多相体系,环氧树脂为分散相,固化剂为连续相(对水溶性固化剂而言)。中国环氧树脂行业协专家以为,其固化过程由扩散控制,固化反应首先在界面上发生,环氧颗粒表层的黏度逐渐增大,同时固化剂逐渐扩散到环氧树脂中,进一步使环氧树脂固化。环氧乳液颗粒粒径越小,固化则越接近完全;固化剂与环氧树脂相容性越好,固化剂越轻易向环氧地坪内扩散,有利于固化。常用的水性固化剂有脂肪胺加成物、脂环胺加成物、聚酰胺、聚酰胺加成物等。脂肪胺加成物和脂环胺加成物合用期短、固化速度太快,环氧颗粒表层黏度上升过快。不利于固化剂向环氧颗粒深处扩散,固化不完全、漆膜机能不理想。聚酰胺固化剂与环氧树脂组分混溶性不好且存在诱导期,用聚酰胺树脂的加成物则可克服这一缺点。海内选用水溶性的聚酰胺加成物作为本体系的固化剂,该固化剂对湿混凝土基面的润湿性良好,能排开水固化。即使在较湿的基面也有很好的固化机能,解决了溶剂性环氧地坪涂料湿面施工难题的题目。
